  • It’s a combination of cork and nitrile rubber that is widely used in the automotive and hydraulic industries
  • This cork is not suitable for transformers

Application: It is also used for covers on industrial machines

  • Is a compresse non-asbestos material comprising aramid, inert and reinforced fillers bonded with nitrile rubber
  • It is suitable  for mild acid, alkalies, water, brine, air, industrial gases, petroleum, refrigerants, animal and vegetable oils.

Application: It is a good service gasket used in process water and waste water industries.

Expanded PTFE tape

  • Has an excellent chemical resistance and an impressive temperature
  •  It can operate for brief periods up to 300 degrees C
  • This product comes on a spool and as such has many advantages
  • It has an adhesive backing which makes insulation quick and easy, which saves on down time as well as reduced stock
  • A few spools of different sizes will cover most applications in a plant
  • Because the tape is on a spool there is no wastage

Application: Expanded PTFE is typically used for sealing flanges, pump housing, Compressors, air ducts, compensators, heat exchangers etc.

Temperature Range: Range -240 degree C to +250 degree C

PTFE gasket sheet material

  • Gaskets made using this superior product are suitable for a wide variety of aggressive fluids
  • This product is produced from virgiv PTFE resin filled with hollous glass micro spheres and because of this, the high compressibility makesit particularly suitable for use with stress sensitive of fragile flanged joints eg. Ceramics, glass or plastic
  • This material damage or irrech larotils of the sealing surface.

Applications: Hydrocarbons, acid, steam, water, refidigerants etc.
